Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen Al-Nafi
Board Member – Independent
With over 30 years of legal experience in the law and legal consulting sector, he held administrative positions that contributed to enhancing performance and corporate governance. He played a key role in establishing Al-Nafi Law Firm and served as Senior Legal Advisor at the Capital Market Authority and Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Commerce (General Directorate of Companies). He was also a member and chair of the Advisory Committee at the Capital Market Authority, having begun his career as a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Labor in 1995.

Chief Executive Officer – Head of Asset Management
With over 24 years of experience in asset management and financial investments, including trading, portfolio management, and investment strategy development, he possesses a deep understanding of the markets and an analytical approach that balances maximizing returns and effectively managing risks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, along with several specialized professional certifications, including the Wealth and Investment Management (CISI) certification.

With over 10 years of experience in portfolio and investment fund management, including equity and fixed-income funds, and having held leadership positions in leading financial institutions, he has a proven track record of performance improvement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, as well as professional certifications from the CISI Institute and the Capital Market Authority in financial analysis and company valuation.

With over 22 years of professional experience in establishing and managing companies, he has worked across a number of firms, holding leadership positions in business management and development, gaining extensive expertise in development and strategy. He currently serves as a Wealth Management Director and holds several professional certifications, including the CME (Certified Middle East and North Africa) designation.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, he has held multiple positions in investment, compliance, anti-money laundering, and financial fraud, and currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and several professional certifications accredited by the Capital Market Authority.
Mr. Yousef Al-Nafi
Director of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Department
Youssef gained extensive experience working as a compliance and anti-money laundering officer in a number of financial and consulting companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, in addition to the required certificates from the Capital Market Authority CME-1 and CME2 and a number of other professional certificates.

اكتسب يوسف خبرة كبيرة بالعمل كمسؤول التزام ومكافحة غسل الاموال في عدد من الشركات المالية والاستشارية، حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الاعمال، بالإضافة الى الشهادات المطلوبة من هيئة السوق المالية CME-1 و CME2 وعدد من الشهادات المهنية الاخرى.
